With this deck, I hope to stop all aggro by turn 3 legally. The main focus is to either get health down to 1 or gain health over 40. Really looking forward to input as I build this deck because I usually play turn 3 killers. This is the first deck I've ever made on my own research, so any improvements will help - especially trying to get passed mills and counters. Thanks! P.S. I had to work around my budget as well, but I will definitely be looking for better cards to work with.
