Most Pauper sliver decks I've seen only run 2 colours, despite other deck types being able to run 3 colours.I love slivers and decided to try making a 3 colour slivers deck.
I'm not sure I have the land balance completely perfect yet. I opted for less red as the red creatures are the least important, however that might leave us stuck with bolts in hand that we can't cast.
The fetches are good as it allows us to grab whichever colour we need, though it would slow our game down by a turn.

The sideboard needs a lot of work, I'm still new to the format so am not sure what are the best sideboard cards.

I went for all of the +1/+1 cards as I could when making the deck, along with trying to make sure I had enough 1 drops to get a turn 1 play, while not having too many late game.
The Sigil Blessing is for a surprise buff to the entire lineup. I run it in my 2 colour sliver deck and get good results with it.
I like Virulent Sliver as it effectively halves the opponent's HP. However I think it's the weaker of the 1 drops.
Gemhides are there to help with the 3 colour fixing if it comes to that, and can also be combined with Sentinel Sliver for tapped out combat tricks or extra post combat plays.
Heart sliver was included to allow a swing on the turn slivers are played, meaning they get at least one attack before being killed by sorcery speed removal.
3 Hive Stirrings are to help combat sacrifice effects as we can sac a 1/1 token instead of a lord.
