BG Eldrazi Spawn (Multiplayer)

Casual

ArdentDawn

I've been building lots of BG multiplayer decks recently (mostly built around Ghave), so once I saw Deathreap Ritual being spoiled, I knew that I needed to construct a deck around it. Although I only own Fecundity at the moment (which is a risker but more powerful version), I eventually plan to take the safer route and invest into Deathreap Ritual alongside my next set of purchases.

The ideal curve of the deck is to curve from a T2 Sakura-Tribe Elder into a T3 Reaper of the Wild/Deathreap Ritual or a T2 Reassembling Skeleton into T3 Spawn producer into T4 Reaper of the Wilds/Deathreap Ritual- from there, you can sit behind defensive cards and generate advantage through drawing and scrying until you can start to combo out the board. Eldrazi Monument and Dictate of Erebos are both ridiculously powerful cards in any sort of creature-focussed environment, while Pawn of Ulamog + Reassembling Skeleton can generate an enormous number of death triggers if they pair up with a repeatable sacrifice outlet (since the mana from the Eldrazi Spawn can go towards Reassembling Skeleton's effect, letting you activate each death trigger card twice per B you spend). Even without any elaborate set-ups, Awakening Zone lets you steadily accumulate card advantage while generating enough mana to support a somewhat top-heavy strategy, which helps ensure that your average draws scale well into the late-game.

While part of me would prefer to run more sac outlets, I'm not exactly sure what I'd want to cut to make room for them - Falkenrath Noble is an option, but I view him as a decent buffer zone of life and potential way around defensive enchantments and artifacts (since I'll be taking this deck into an unknown casual metagame come September). I'd appreciate any feedback and input that anyone has to offer, specifically in regards to tuning the deck for a multiplayer environment.

The 3 Ritual of the Machine are stand-ins for Deathreap Ritual until it gets added to TappedOut.net.
