I've noticed a few* omissions, namely effects that let you pay an alternate cost - which can be less than the regular cost (Zombie creaturess: Rooftop Storm) or reduced by other effects (Samurai: Kentaro, the Smiling Cat).

Say that I have Mindswipe and I use Uvilda, Dean of Perfection Flip to exile it and put hone counters on it. Whenever I am finished removing hone counters, does that mean that anytime I wish to cast Mindswipe I can? Or does it have to be immediately after the hone counters are removed? It doesn't say on the card of Uvilda, Dean of Perfection Flip.

If i cast Uvilda, Dean of Perfection Flip and exile Mindswipe, will it make it 4 mana cheaper, which literally means 4 mana more for Mindswipe?! This means that if I pay the cost of Mindswipe, and pay only one mana for its X cost, will it count as paying five mana for its X cost in MV if using Uvilda, Dean of Perfection Flip on Mindswipe?
