By "the original Tibalt," I'm going to assume that you mean Tibalt the Chaotic.
Tibalt the Hellbent
Legendary Planeswalker - Tibalt
Hellbent - When ~ enters the battlefield, if you have no cards in your hand, it enters with two additional loyalty counters
+1 Choose a card name at random from Demonfire, Cackling Flames and Twinstrike and create a copy of that spell. Until the end of your next turn, you may cast that copy (you must pay that spell's mana cost).
-1 Choose a card name at random from Tragic Fall and Infernal Tutor and create a copy of that spell. Until end of turn, you may cast that copy without paying its mana cost.
-4 Choose a card name at random from Cutthroat il-Dal, Rakdos Pit Dragon and Jagged Poppet and create a token copy of that card

Make a version of Garruk if he were to be made in Crimson Vow. Bonus points if he transforms.

Okay... Monowhite?
I want to increase the possibility of an Angel tribal deck! No mono-white angels have good card advantage, so here's my attempt:
Serra, Mother of Angels
Legendary Planeswalker - Serra
Players can't pay life or sacrifice creatures to cast spells or activate abilities.
+1: Create a 3/3 white Angel creature with flying and vigilance (Serra Avenger).
-2: You get an emblem with "Whenever an Angel enters the battlefield under your control, you may draw a card."
-9: Search your library for any number of Angels, put them onto the battlefield, and shuffle your library.
Serra, Mother of Angels can be your commander.

At the beginning of your upkeep, create a colorless 1/1 Servo artifact creature token. Then, if you control three or more Servos, create an Etherium Cell token. Then if you control three or more Etherium Cell tokens, create a colorless Titan Forge token. Then, if you control three or more Titan Forge tokens, create a 9/9 colorless Golem artifact creature token.
Golems you control are indestructible.
Make a Jace Planeswalker that is similar in nature to Tibalt the Chaotic, in which each ability allows you to cast various similarly powered spells for free.
