Persistent Petitioners Mill

I like the deck. Here are a few suggestions: 1. You could replace some of the petitioners with the following: Metallic Mimic , Council of Advisors , and Minister of Inquiries for slight upside. 2. You could play Paradox Engine because of how good it is with the petitioners. 3. And if you play Paradox Engine , you could play Chaos Wand plus some more mana rocks to go infinite. 4. As another way to tutor up those cards, you could play Mystical Tutor and/or Tezzeret the Seeker .

Mentor of the Meek , Council of Advisors , Thraben Inspector for creatures. However you also have Angelic Gift , Cartouche of Knowledge , Spreading Seas and Stupefying Touch .
Alos, Induced Amnesia is good with your commander.
If you don't want to cut Conjurer's Closet , then I would ditch Spine of Ish Sah . White/Blue has enough removal that you really don't need it. And most of the time it's a lot of mana that will just pull a lot of hate.

Why don't you use Council of Advisors or Merchant of Secrets instead of Azami, Lady of Scrolls?
