If you're building to counter a Dragon deck, and you want to keep a deathtouch focus, I recommend adding either more removal like Doom Blade or deathtouch-y fliers like Vampire Nighthawk or Battlefly Swarm. As it stands now, you don't have a lot of interaction--Duress and Victim of Night are good starts, but you don't have many ways to deal with an attacking 4/4 or bigger flying creature, and Power Word Kill does nothing to Dragons.
As another addition, Hooded Blightfang turns your deathtouch creatures into life drain. Since you're not beholden to a format right now, Dark Ritual gives you a shot of mana to get to your more important cards faster.

Congrats on some lucky pulls! I am a bit curious as to why you run cards like Battlefly Swarm and Xathrid Necromancer as they don't seem to really synergize with anything else your deck is doing.
