Ok, heres how this works. You create a card to the specifications of the person above you, then list your own card idea for the next person. I'll start.
Variety XX
Sorcery
If X is 2 or lower, draw X cards. If X is 3, put X +1/+1 counters on X target creatures. If X is 4, return X target creatures from your graveyard to the battlefield. If X is 5 or more, Variety deals x damage to target creature or player. If X is 10 or more, you win the game.
Create a life gaining multicolored Turtle with power twice it's toughness or vice versa.

Either make another color shifted card OR create a 4-color elder dragon.

For those uneducated in Norin lore, Jade Statue and Goblin Shrine both feature norins flavour text so I thought I would include a callback to that. Also, coward tribal seems pretty dope.

Make and Ormendahl card that can corrupt angels/creatures.
Note: Ormendahl is the flip side of Westvale Abbey Flip.

Demons you control have Devour 3 (When this creature comes into play, you may sacrifice any number of creatures. This creature enters the battlefield with three +1/+1 counters on it for each creature sacrificed this way.).

Emblem popping seems like something most of my playgroup dislikes so I went with this.
Make a card that would make players ask "Why is this card X card type and not Y card type" (Similar to how Mystic Denial was printed as a sorcery despite being a counterspell, it's since been oracled though)

Exile Wish face down. You get an emblem with "You cannot play cards named 'Wish'."
Wish is stupid powerful and usually has a massive drawback in most editions. I opted for the 5e drawback of not being able to use it ever again. YOU GET ONE! No copies, no cheating it back, nothing.
Many planeswalkers have been shown to have lost their spark or have given it up for various reasons. Azor gave his planeswalker spark to create the Immortal Sun. Show me an artifact that embodies the idea that "This took someones spark to create."

Whenever you would draw a card, flip a coin instead. If you win the flip, scry 2 and draw a card. If you lose the flip, discard a card.
Spend your life in sin and misery in the House of the Rising Sun.
Coin flipping is basically a red mechanic besides a couple artifacts and blue/Izzet cards. Gambling fits thematically with black though.
