How good are these cards maybe they should be used more often

Ok I've noticed the following cards are not the best in commander or any format but they are good enough in most decks not playing competitive. And I start with my favorite underused card right of the bat.

Prison Term, this card, if it sticks around will stop the big threats at the table no problem. And it gets around hexproof and shroud.

Spectral Grasp, this card is fairly new so I'm sure it will gain popularity soon. I like this card cause (read it carefully) it is a political card. I doesn't stop them from attacking your opponent's which in most cases if you are trying to win is a good thing. Like ghostly prison this similar.

Captured by the Consulate, this card has alot of possibilities. Now stopping a creature from attacking and not booking is usually good enough. But it's the second part of the card that I really like. This adds a whole new layer of protection and hits all opponents!

Idk I might be overreacting about these cards a bit but they should be seeing more play in edh. What's your guys thought about these 3 cards?

Prison Term is the only good card out of those.

Spectral Grasp is just worse than something like Journey to Nowhere. Captured by the Consulate costs too much for what it does. Both of these cards are just outclassed by cards that properly deal with creatures. They just seem like minor inconveniences IMO.

Maybe if your playing a casual enchantress themed deck then you could use the second two cards, but in anything beyond that I only see Prison Term being used.

I ran Prison Term in my Zur the Enchanter deck. It's great being able to tutor for it, and it does its job well.

Removing the creature from the game completely is usually preferred, but holding a commander itself hostage is always fun ;)

of the three you mentioned:

Prison Term is playable (if you can afford the double white) as it can bounce to troublesome creatures which is unique, but i can say from experience it does less then you think in a format with multiple players pumping out threats, id rather have Council's Judgment, Grasp of Fate, or Wrath of God.

Spectral Grasp making it so the creature functions normally aside from attacking/blocking "your direction" isn't all that usefulunless your in a deck that capitalizes on the political nature of Commander. But in a format with powerful abilities, "dont attack me" doesnt do very much.

Captured by the Consulate is just overly expensive, and in most cases its just worse then Pacifism (while targeted removal exists, edh is generally more focused on mass removal) also note that it only prevents the creature from attacking, it can still be used to block.

Darksteel Mutation generally has a stronger impact then your three above options, and has the added benefit of derailing general-centric decks. But again, in general, Pacifism type enchantments tend to see only marginal play due to standard removal (Path to Exile, Swords to Plowshares, Crib Swap etc just being stronger)

If Captured by the Consulate included targeted abilities, instead of spells only I would put it in with Sram hands down... Alas it doesn't include abilities :(
