Picking My Next Project

I want a commander deck for every color in magic. Right now, I have green, and I'd like to make red or white next, as the green deck is very powerful, and I'd like to play at the other end of the spectrum.
My budget is >$200 for the whole deck, but I have a sizable collection.
I was thinking of Zo-Zu the Punisher for red or Sram for white, but I really have no idea. Help me out!

Neheb, the Eternal is a nice budget commander if well built

I just built a Valduk, Keeper of the Flame deck in red, and you can do it on a budget really easy. Its a super aggressive deck, though. If I build a white one, I'll probably look at building with Sram, Senior Edificer as well.

For mono-White, here's a couple neat options, bushido_man96's suggestion of Sram, Senior Edificer is solid. Card draw is scarce in mono-White, so having a commander who provides card advantage is invaluable.
Some other options to consider:
Isamaru, Hound of Konda can be surprisingly explosive as a Voltron commander, as you can start swinging for commander damage on turn two. Personally, I find its strategy a bit too straightforward for my taste.
Odric, Lunarch Marshal can be good for a lot of different, interesting creatures.
Eight-and-a-Half-Tails has very interesting abilities and can make for some fun mindgames with your opponent.
If you're looking for a less popular commander, you could try Soraya the Falconer. Unfortunately, mono-White, particularly mono-White birds, are not great alongside Banding. But, if you could make it work, you'd be in the interesting position of using (and explaining) one of Magic's unfairly maligned abilities.

Some good suggestions so far.
Neheb, the Eternal is by far my favorite commander. He is insanely fun to play and you can fine tune the deck to be your exact complexity and skill level, and he works just as well on a budget. Here's mine: OH LORD JESUS IT'S A FIRE! | Neheb EDH. It's on the more expensive side but can easily be toned down.
I will also suggest the relatively new Varchild, Betrayer of Kjeldor. I like suggesting new options that haven't been explored as much or "Solved" shall we say like Sram or Krenko. Varchild seems like a lot of fun politically and as a weird hybrid deck. I built a deck but haven't tested it yet: I Will Survive | Varchild EDH.
