Going Orzhov or Mardu?
Reuse of the GY we have Athreos, God of Passage and Ravos, Soultender
Steal from graveyard we have Tariel, Reckoner of Souls to be used as general.
Some good cards to steal things from gy are:Animate Dead, Dance of the Dead, Grave Upheaval, Beacon of Unrest and Rise from the Grave.
For your on use:Reanimate, Unburial Rites and Torrent of Souls.
Some big hitters:Aurelia, the Warleader, Archangel Avacyn Flip, Bloodgift Demon and Rune-Scarred Demon.
