alternatives to Gaea's cradle?

I just need something to act as a replacement for Gaea's Cradle in my sisay deck until I have enough money to actually buy it. Any suggestions?
Wurmlover It's always great to run into another Sisay player! :) While my deck Captain my Captain, Lead us to Victory! uses cradle, you could always use an alternative like Nykthos, Shrine to Nyx. It is tutorable and is almost as good.

Yup, Nykthos is your closest best. That or copy someone else's Gaea's Cradle with Vesuva or Thespian's Stage. Karametra's Acolyte is another Nykthos with legs btw but only works for devotion.

Nothing comes close and nothing will ever come close to that much unconditional mana.
Now Nykthos, Shrine to Nyx imitates this quite nicely but the need for colour devotion and activation cost are the trade-offs that make it just-an-amazing card (yes, Cradle is better than just-amazing... it's bonkers!)
On the upside, Nykthos produces mana even without any creatures! XD

aside from Nykthos ... Elvish Guidance is as close as your gonna get.... of course it's only good if your entire deck is an elf-ball.... and if it is...you probably don't really need cradle anyways :P

you may not need cradle in elfball, doesnt mean that you wont run it. also, umbral mantle tends to get the job done if you know what youre doing

Xenagos, the Reveler's +1 is similar to cradle... but its not as easy to put in decks and actually use as a land is. Still i thought it was worth mentioning, in the right deck it's great.

Sadly, there is no substitute for the Cradle. It's just one of those broken OP things that probably never should have been made in the first place. It will never see another reprint.
