Ghost Quarter is great with Archive Trap. let them search, act like you're doing them a favor, when you're really setting them up for a huge mill. in a worst-case scenario, it can be used for mana fixing for yourself. I also made a mimeo plasm deck, would you mind checking it out?

speaking as a long time polymorph player, you will want some hex proof targets, such as Cloudform or even Simic Keyrune to polymorph. it sucks when you have to waste a polymorph because the other player is holding up red for a bolt when you cast it.

well red is bad at just about everything you mentioned. Faithless Looting is probably your best bet.

the real secret to getting to 60 cards is to not go above 60 in the first place. you could just turn this into a soul sisters deck. cut 3 ajanis, cut 3 resivoirs, cut felidar sovereign entirely (just not good in modern), and cut 2 abolisher. I would also cut out survival cache.
here's an actual competitive deck that goes with what you're trying to do.

MTGgoldfish has some very good budget deck ($100 and under), such as the kuldotha tokens deck, and a zombies deck. as for my suggestion, Polymorph is very good, and I happen to have written a primer for it. Otherwise, Arcanum Wings is broken with Eldrazi Conscription on a Slippery Bogle.

you could possibly afford to go rakes to put in Ravenous Intruder. It doubles your clock by letting you sac your artifacts for the same effect.

I agree with LeaPlath. It is better to play a deck that is already budget and not tier 1 instead of a tier 1 deck that was crapified. in terms of affinity specifically, you can't build actual affinity without its key cards, all of which are at least $10. you could do something like a Blasting Station combo. that can be built on a budget. My budget but good deck go-to is always Polymorph. its just a really fun deck to play and can be really budget.

no, I get that part, but how does undying and persist trigger? wouldn't it just come back with a +1 and -1 counter, and die after the second?

2 things. 1, posting the same forum post under 3 different names at the same time doesn't get you anymore help than posting once does. It just gets annoying. 2, as for the deck itself, Ultimate Price is just bad in the meta. you're better off with something like Go for the Throat or even Dismember. When push comes to shove, a wrath is a good way to help reset. Languish has become really cheap since it rotated out of standard. Another thing, running 4 Sarkhan Vol really isn't worth it, considering you can only have 1 out at a time. If you have 1 out, and you draw another, its dead. It would be better replaced with something like Phyrexian Arena. I also think that any of the other lilianas could take LotV's place, namely Liliana, Heretical Healer Flip. as for goyf, Grim Flayer is going to be the closest thing you can get to goyf on a budget. Faithless Looting should also go in. Lastly, replace Noxious Gearhulk with literally anything else on your maybe list. The whole point of jund is cheap value, hence liliana and goyf. Yahenni, Undying Partisan seems like a good choice.

I'm just looking to reduce the price of this deck without reducing power. any help would be great!

if you would replace Toxic Deluge with Black Sun's Zenith, you might want to run atraxa. Other than being straight value, it proliferates. if nothing else, Mana Vault would be good for more early mana.

I love this mimeoplasm deck, but it is a little out of my price range, mainly because of all the black tutors. I would like some help in reducing the price of the deck, without reducing power. any and all help is awesome! thanks in advance!
