unless you're running full out land destruction, you would be destroying utility lands, such as tron lands or the like. for that purpose, Ghost Quarter is just better. And besides, locking your opponent at 3 lands doesn't put them in too bad of a position, anyway.

I ALSO HAVE ONE MORE FUCKING ANNOUNCEMENT SINCE YOU ARE SO MOTHERFUCKING STUPID TO REALIZE THIS: Storm Crow NEEDS TO BE YOUR ONLY MOTHERFUCKING WIN CONDITION. ITS A FUCKING 20 TURN CLOCK, JESUS CHRIST, HOW IS IT NOT IN HERE ALREADY?!?!?

so I know that I just posted about this, but I had a really great idea, and I wanted to connect with every player who plays the colors Blue and Black for help with this deck. In the end, it will be a complete conglomeration of every deck in those colors, including faeries, polymorph, thoptersword, tezzerator, and flat out control. The whole idea is to take the base deck, UB polymorph, and create several 15 card sideboards for it so I can take a chunk out of the first one, side in the rest of the cards, and thereby change the entire strategy of the deck. I want all the experts of the different facets of dimir to send me ideas for these sideboards and help make this deck a reality! This would be basically the culmination of all the house of dimir. I can't wait to see what you come up with!
thanks in advance!

mono-red burn can be built pretty budget, and it can still run Monastery Swiftspear

its actually not too bad. I would say if you want it to be good, the mana base needs work, I would say run 2-3 of each dual land you have right now, or don't run them at all.

since the creature never taps, you can exert as much as you want, since it never needs to untap, the 'downside' of exert has no effect. in short, yes, it is a good idea.

I feel that I have developed my mono-blue version of my polymorph deck plenty, and want to move onto a new challenge. I want to make it 2 colors, preferably Black/Blue. one problem: I have 0 experience with 2 color mana bases. that combined with new options for my SB, and main deck cards. any help would be AWESOME!
the deck as it is now (copied so I can edit it while keeping my main version):

lol $350 to play a deck that is only legal at the kitchen table. seems like its worth it. +1

I think the ultimate one-cost deck is WRB burn, with fatal push, path, and all the 1 cost burn spells, plus Monastery Swiftspear

first off, I am sooooo happy to see someone else playing polymorph. I personally play mono-blue polymorph (soon to be dimir) and Have a really developed deck. I would say that since you're running blue, you should have a better counterspell than Mana Tithe. try a mix of Remand, Mana Leak, and Spell Snare.
here's my deck if you need ideas:

EDIT: you might also want to play 2 big creatures, just in case you draw one.
