Rune-Scarred Demon . It's one of my favorite cards in E.d.h. it also costs like $1.

I'm no expert at EDH, so I apologise it this suggestion is crap. Maybe add some Deadeye Navigator or Ghostly Flicker . That way, you can flicker your Mimeoplasm at instant speed and make him whatever you want, whenever you want. He can adjust to suit the situation at hand.

I haven't added any cards since DGM, but the deck is wicked fun. Check my list for ideas.+1

Oh, and unless you have a good reason not to, I think Death's Shadow should be in every mimeoplasm deck. It works as a second target for The Mimeoplasm and puts itself in the graveyard. Put it on something with flying or trample and you're 1-2 turns from a commander damage win. If you have a good reason NOT to, go ahead and ignore me. Otherwise, It's well worth the $5(?)

Am I correct in assuming that you want to use a lot of deathtouch dudes as defense, before eventually decking them out? If that's the case, you may want Glissa, the Traitor (first strike + deathtouch kills literally anything)

For decking the opponent, your mill cards (and a great deal else) can also be recurred through Snapcaster Mage , Eternal Witness , and Archaeomancer (archeomancer being the weakest of them). I think Mind Grind ought to be considered too. It can destroy their tempo by making them miss land drops. do you also have Mind Funeral ?

Also I'm a big fan of Urban Evolution , because it's good card advantage, and some good ramp.

Demonic Tutor is a lot better than Diabolic Tutor , Rune-Scarred Demon definitely needs to be used as a tutor as well.

I think the only reason people don't use Demonic Tutor is because it's a $15 single if you want the (ugly) revised one, and the next cheapest one being the duel decks printing which is about $25-ish. It's worth it if you're serious about the deck, but some people don't want to drop the cash. but yes, Demonic Tutor is an AMAZING card.
