My friend is obsessed with Shivan Dragon and doesn't regularly play magic, but he still loves the game. He was once playing with my red deck and was able to combo twinflame with reverberate to make 3 shivan dragons, and he felt like a god. I told him I can try making you a deck that's all shivan dragons and he responded "I would be unbeatable".

So right now i'm trying to bring his boyish dream to life and this is what I've got so far.

I'm trying to keep this as budget as possible because me and my friends are casual players. that's why dragonspeaker shaman is on the maybeboard.

Pyretic ritual and seething song are there to ramp up and cast our big man shivan dragon.

Ruby Medallion lowers the cost of everything.

lighting bolt is our defense until we get our boi shiv out.

finally twinflame, howl of the horde and reverberate all make dreams come true.
