First attempt at Rakdos and Deck Building in general. New player to Magic and still taking in a lot of things

Would be greatful of any suggestions that people are able to contribute. Especially when it comes to building a Sideboard to complement the deck. I intend to keep it within Standard and am not against spending a little money upon improvements.
