So the idea of this deck is to control your opponents through mana. Contaminated Ground, Pooling Venom , and Psychic Venom all cause lifeloss for tapping mana. while most of the other cards force opponents to tap their lands. Propaganda is to prevent attackers as there are hardly any creatures. any suggestions? I would like to get this down to 60 cards ideally.
