This is my (hopefully) new and improved (but much more expensive) version of Over and Under Waves (U/G Ramp). I took inspiration from Quest to break Modern by Wiktul, There be Monsters in these waters... by buffalobill and "I Think We Are Gonna Need a Bigger Boat" by Ncr0.

So this entire deck revolves around Quest for Ula's Temple, if you don't have it in your opening hand it is, more often then not, worth mulliganing to try and find it. Serum Powder is included so you can search for it much more easily. Our win conditions is obviously getting some big creatures down on turn four with Quest for Ula's Temple and/or beating down our opponent with Mindshrieker.
