Talrand, Sky Summoner has commandeered the Izzet League, it would seem. His ability to summon drakes meshes beautifully with Guttersnipe, Hypersonic Dragon and Goblin Electromancer. Dissipate and Syncopate fuel their abilities while keeping the board clear. An overloaded Mizzium Mortars can wipe out whatever gets through.
