My first attempt at a populate deck.

Early ramp with Arbor Elf and Avacyn's Pilgrim to try and get out Armada Wurm as soon as possible. Tokens generated by Selesnya Charm and Call of the Conclave help in the early game. Cheap populate with Trostani, Selesnya's Voice and, to a lesser extent vitu-ghazi's guildmage. Rootborn Defenses provides board clear protection and populates. Collective Blessing in the late game can provide a massive boost.
