My shot at a popular combo: Grimgrin, Corpse-Born and Gravecrawler. Should be pretty self-explanatory: Grimgrin has you sac a creature to get bigger, while Gravecrawler can be played from your graveyard. Add in Rooftop Storm and Grimgrin, Corpse-Born can be as big as you need him to be.

I'm still trying to work out the kinks, experimenting with different things here and there, seeing what works. So we'll see where it ends up.
