I have been wanting to make a good control deck for awhile now, and I also have been wanting to make Curse of Exhaustion playable as a non-combo card.

The idea behind the deck is to lock your opponent down by getting Curse of Exhaustion on them then just countering spells and bouncing permanents until your board advantage is too much to overcome.

Suggestions welcome. Just getting the idea started.
