This is a very low cost deck, the highest cmc cards being 3 cmc.

Turn 1 you usually play Thrull Parasite or Duress. after turn 3 you can start really extorting the heck out of everything.

Blind Obedience and Royal Assassin are best friends in this deck. And along with more control from Oblivion Ring and Orzhov Charm , there's not much a non-blue player can do against this.

The Ethereal Armor combos great with Oblivion Ring and Blind Obedience. On turn 4 or 5 you could potentially have a 4/5 or 5/6 flying, first strike, deathtouch, lifelink blocker. And if something were to happen to him you could use Orzhov Charm to send him and his enchantments back to your hand so you can re-cast them, extorting even more.
