The idea is to get Blightsteel Colossus out fairly early as consistantly as possible. Fastest I can manage is:

TURN 1: Darksteel Citadel > Steel WallTURN 2: Island > Renowned WeaponsmithTURN 3: Island > Tap Weaponsmith to float (2) > Master Transmuter TURN 4: Island > Tap Transmuter, returning Steel Wall to my hand, sending out Blightsteel Colossus > Whispersilk Cloak, Tappping weaponsmith to float (2) again and equip to Colossus. Turn 5: SWING!

Treasure Mage and Fabricate are to help fish out Mr or Mrs Blighty should one not be in my hand, and Inkwell leviathan just to have a backup heavy hitter. Silent Arbiter and Steel Wall are there to slow some of the more hasty decks, and Rune Snag to keep any key cards on the field.

I would like to keep it mono blue, but feel free to suggest anything that would help speed things up but stay fairly consistent.
