Hey Folks.

Figured I would share a deck I have been having a lot of fun with recently.

The deck is a blend of Mono Blue Mill & Azorius Walls. Meaning you can play the long game, milling your opponent out. Or, you can play more aggressively, swinging in for 14+ damage by turn four/five on occasions.

The deck is intended as a budget build. Naturally I would suggest swapping out Tranquil Cove & Azorius Guildgate for Temple of Enlightenment & Hallowed Fountain if you happen to have them in your collection already. Also removing Fblthp, the Lost & one Riptide Turtle for a pair of Thassa, Deep-Dwelling could work out. Though not many viable targets in the deck for her flicker ability, it would be super annoying for your opponent if you had Thassa, Deep-Dwelling & Wall of Lost Thoughts up at the same time.
