At first I tried to make a bird tribal deck and it almost worked, but not in Modern though, only Legacy. So I decided to rebuild the deck focusing on bolster and tried hard to keep it on a budget.

I realize there are many cards that can help me and I look forward to comments that may help me improve the deck!
