Throughout my life I've never been a very competitive player in magic, always preferring to play with friends rather than a tournament. I haven't played magic in a while, and my deck-building skill might need some improvement, so I'd love all the advice I can get! (and I love silly combos).

• Combo: Madcap Experiment + OUCH! = Blightsteel Colossus (or the others dudes).

The Ideal situation with Combustible Gearhulk is to get a Colossus, but either way he is a FATTY that you can still get for 4 mana.

Discard is great if you accidentally draw a colossus, as it will get re-shuffled into your library, ready for Madcap Experiment.

Nahiri's Wrath + Anger of the Gods can help control the board.

Magma Jet synergizes with Madcap Experiment and Spark of Creativity. Should more scry be added?
