Brave the Elements and Gods Willing are both fighting for a spot in my sideboard. The more i think about it the more i like Brave the Elements . I keep on forgetting about Precinct Captain , I think he may replace the obelisk of urd if they don't do well in playtesting. Thanks for the comment!

I would only do two Spear of Heliod and add one or two Dictate of Heliod , I would say Precinct Captain is a must. Also a Godsend or two wouldn't be a bad idea either as you can make any of your tokens stronger late game when you have mana left anyway, and it can be hard to remove devotion as well.
On that note, with an Elspeth, Sun's Champion or two would be great with all the devotion you have. I've been mentally working on this same deck since I saw what was available in M15!

Replace 1 Spear of Heliod with 1 Hall of Triumph so you can potentially have 2 anthems out and don't draw too many spears. Also add more Brimaz, king of Oreos.
I like the idea of going boros for Akroan Hoplite , Firefist Striker , Spark Trooper , Viashino Firstblade , Wojek Halberdiers , and Lightning Strike .
In the maybeboard, I like Chained to the Rocks , Brave the Elements , and Aegis of the Gods .
