First attempt at making a deck, looking for help improving it. Basically, i'm trying to last long enough to get Terra Stomper out by preventing any large amounts of damage with AEtherspouts and healing past the small damage with Bow of Nylea. Prophet of Kruphix lets me use AEtherspouts without worrying about mana and lets me flash in a second Terra Stomper on the opponents turn. Illusory Angel and Coral Barrier are place holders for now, trying to replace them with good ramp cards.Thanks in advance.

EDIT: So i played this deck a year or so ago when it was still standard, I really enjoyed this deck and would love to play it in modern. I am looking for some suggestions to make it stronger in modern while keeping a similar play style. (also not trying to spend too much money).
