Based off a previous design for a mono-white token rush. I just opened an elspeth so I wanted to change the design to be more mid-range. I tried to balance the deck the best I could, but I am new to magic. I would appreciate any suggestions you can give me.

P.S. The sideboard isn't really a sideboard, it's two cards I wanted to maybe put in but I couldn't decide if I needed them or if they would work. Evangel seemed good, but he also seems a bit overkill with the token generation to add on to what I already have, plus most of my permanents are tokens which give no bonus to his generation. Inspired charge seemed good to surprise someone with the flash and kill them when they thought they didn't need to block, but it's a tad expensive for only one turn and I already have dictate of heliod, hall of triumph, spear of heliod, and ajani for the pumps.
