Get the new Thrasta, Tempest's Roar out as fast as possible.

Play the cheap 1CMC enchant lands that can ramp a land into the mana you need and storm count to reduce the cost of Thrasta. Draw off those enchantments with a Enchantress's Presence.

A few Mishra's Baubles in there to try and draw into a Thrasta or grow the storm count if Thrasta is in hand. Once you have the mana, Early Harvest is just a free spell to increase storm.

Regrowth is a storm spell if needed, it's also a way to get a Thrasta back if killed and we don't draw into another, and if really desperate it can get back a Bauble for one extra card drawn.
