Ok, I have several suggestions for you. I'll try to break it down by category and keep it budget friendly.

Card Draw (load up on this effect, it's one of the decks biggest strengths): Aerial Extortionist doubles as annoying removal while drawing cards. Breena, the Demagogue draws cards and beefs up your dudes quick. Starscream, Power Hungry  ^Flip because the monarchy is pretty easy to take back and hold here and he's an artifact so he comes with a buddy. Tegwyll, Duke of Splendor is an anthem effect for faeries that draws cards. Bident of Thassa/Reconnaissance Mission will draw a LOT of cards here. Plumb the Forbidden I typically use in response to boardwipes so I have a grip full of cards to redeploy. Tocasia's Welcome is self explanatory. Robe of the Archmagi since Alela is a warlock.

Buffs/Counters: Anduril, Narsil Reforged's 2x +1+1 counters on everyone is nuts here. Skyhunter Strike Force will give everyone +3+3 just for attacking all 3 opponents. Nykthos Paragon is conveniently an enchantment and Alelas has lifelink built in (this thing is deceptively disgusting here). Flowering of the White Tree is another good anthem effect here.

Vault of the Archangel is expensive to activate but you typically don't need to. This affects combat in your favor just with the unspoken threat of potential activation. Hold up mana, be committed to using it if needed, and cast stuff on your 2nd main if you didn't activate it.

Who is your commander? What's the general strategy for the deck? Often precons need some love and care to play like homebrew decks.

Here's my Alela deck Alela's Huge Goads. If Alela isn't your commander, I'd definitely recommend her over Tegwyll. With Alela, you have the option of playing a lot of instants and stuff with flash on other players turns that will generate faeries as long as Alela is out. She's very strong and a lot of fun. Since she can generate so many faerie tokens, she's great if you're aiming for a Kindred theme which it sounds like you might be- so cards like Glen Elendra Liege, Scion of Oona, and Tegwyll, Duke of Splendor all work great.

I'd personally add more ways to beef up your go-wide army. Flowering of the White Tree, Favorable Winds, Akroma's Will, Bloodletter of Aclazotz, Tegwyll, Duke of Splendor, Anduril, Narsil Reforged, Felidar Retreat, Cathars' Crusade, Skyhunter Strike Force, and Moonshaker Cavalry all come to mind.

Since your deck is not focused on milling in any way, it would make more sense to me to appoint one of the newer Faerie legendaries (Alela, Cunning Conqueror, Obyra, Dreaming Duelist or Tegwyll, Duke of Splendor) as your commander, as you'd probably benefit more from them during games in the long run.

I have a few suggestions:

1. Perhaps Faerie Mastermind for more card draw/turn on Spellstutter Sprite?

2. Faerie Fencing as a two replacement for Peppersmoke. By all means keep one Peppersmoke in the mainboard.

3. I recommend 2xQuickling over Faerie Impostor, simply for the flash.

4. You have lots of creatures, any thought of running Obyra, Dreaming Duelist or Tegwyll, Duke of Splendor in here?

5. If you need some more support you could run Spell Stutter for some counter magic.

6. Finally, since you are running Bitterblossom, have you considered running Rankle, Master of Pranks or Picklock Prankster?

Faerie Duelist wouldn't be a bad sideboard option against aggressive decks either.
