This is a fairly typical budget mono-blue Pauper control deck. Basically you use Cloud of Faeries and Snap with Azorius Chancery and Dimir Aqueduct to fuel heavy card advantage with Mulldrifter or Spire Golem + Rush of Knowledge , etc. Then you beat down with small creatures while keeping your hand full of counterspells. Any comments are welcome, but mostly just enjoy the deck! It is quite fun to play.
