I've finished re-vamping this deck for the moment.

One of our two win-cons is the Electrostatic Pummeler. To that end, we gain energy, and use it to pump up the pummeler. Grotesque Mutation and Unnatural Endurance are used in this deck to pump up the Pummeler before we start spending our energy to double it.
The second of our win-cons is to turn our artifacts into 5/5 creatures, with Tezzeret's Touch, or The Bad Touch.
So be prepared.

Dispel to cancel removal options via instants.

Woodweaver's Puzzleknot to gain energy and life, coming and going, or be fodder for the Bad Touch.

Filigree Familiar to gain life, and be fodder for the Bad Touch.

Both the Puzzleknot and the Familiar will be returned to our hand when they die, to be played again, gaining us more life and energy. When the Familiar dies, we still get to draw a card, then it goes back to our hand.

Aether Poisoner: Gains us energy, and acts as a deathtouch blocker.

Aether Swooper:Gains us energy, pokes for flying damage.

Aether Theorist:Gains us energy, can scry for us.

Shipwreck Moray: Gains us energy, great as a blocker.
