Okay this is my first time ever even thinking about making a legacy deck and I've decided to include one of the worst cards in magic Scornful Egotist the 8 mana 1/1! Also this deck is budget so yay!

But the important thing is that it can be a creature with cmc 8 on an early turn! Then all you have to do is use Energy Tap and sacrfice to generate a boat load of mana by (by sacrificing or tapping occultist for 8 mana)

Then cast yourself a Mind Grind or a Increasing Confusion from your graveyard and make em mill it all!

The other cards!

• High Tide and Bubbling Muck are more mana ramp and they work nicely with Watery Grave and Sunken Hollow

• Preordain, Omen , Brainstorm, and Serum Visions they are card advantage, no more explanation needed

• Maelstrom Djinn basically a worse scornful occultist but works nonetheless!!

How to more budgetify or unbudgetify

• remove the duel lands and get some cheaper card draw to make this deck virtually cost nothing.

• add birthing pod and some big ol 9 mana creatures and beat face but it costs a whee bit more.
