Back to the Future is the quintessential time travel movie. The trilogy itself reveals its layers when you watch the all three movies.
Could it be remade today? Yes, but I don't think it can maintain the same lightheartedness and be believeable. Not with a post 9/11 political system and the dark side of social media affecting Marty's decisions in the past.

Kaldheim would be great if they fit the storyline around the eddas of old. Plus, I would love to get some more Rune Auras.
As for New Capenna, Elspeth's and Vivien's assessment of the situation at the end of the main story gave a "the story is told" vibe. The only way another Capenna story can be viable is if it explodes the plane outside the city.

While I agree it does sound like a cool idea, the lore from the Lorwyn/Shadowmoor blocks makes it clear that curse was ended by a team led by the Sapling of Colfenor.

legendofa, considering the cEDH decks that can win in 2 or 3 turns, I don't see a significant change.
Bookrook Even if Dash Hopes didn't count, it doesn't change the fact that Coalition Victory can be dealt with. As for Oracle of the Alpha, thats a lot of blink effects for a card that isn't even available on paper. However, I do appreciate your creativity.
RiotRunner789, while I see your point, the problem I have with it is that it forgets that holding back a spell can happen whether or not the Coalition Victory is the spell you're anticipating. Not to mention, with the right copy spell and/or ability you can have the same ending the game issue with Biovisionary.

#1sergiodelrio, yeah, like how the nonviolence approach of the 1885 McFlys possibly created a trauma that created the permissiveness that caused George McFly and Marty Jr. to be wet blankets.
