Official missing/incorrect card/token thread

Please use this thread to keep the site staff aware of cards that are missing from the database.
When you mention a card, please provide a link to the card's information so we can more quickly and easily add it. Additionally, you should mention if only a specific printing is missing.
You can also point out cards with missing or incorrect information (e.g., misspelled names, incorrect mana values in the deck stats, missing associated tokens in playtester, etc.).

KllrRoboPenguin, Kedvesem: The Fallen Empires (and other old sets) variations and most of the pre-ALA set basic lands are known to be not in the site at the moment (along with small supplementary products that never had a card image gallery). Since there's no official image for old basics and variations that is large enough it takes time to find good images, photoshop and add them and I don't want to use scryfall. It's mostly just what I'm prioritizing what time I have, as I want to focus on getting the promos in.
However if anyone wants to make a card submission themselves they are free to do so, and some users have been doing it.
The KLD and C13 errors were just because of mistakes in entering the card numbers so those should be fixed.

I'm looking at the new MODAL DFC lands printed, and the actual card text seems to be accurate, but tappedouts text version of the ability says gain, not add. I'm probably wrong, but shouldn't it say add too? I submitted one as a fix card but I don't have time to fix them all, especially if I'm wrong, so I thought I'd let someone know. Hope this if of use, sorry to bother anyone if I'm wrong.

Hey VampDemigod, the Forest listing for Zendikar rising has an error. Card 280 is showing as 380, which is a Plains. I'm probably the only one who enters all of my lands by number - sorry! Thank you!!!

I can see that it’s in the card’s data, but there’s no flip logo by the name and it just has a normal back in playtesting.

Several cards (all cards?) from Zendikar Rising aren't marked as Pioneer legal.

Hello, T/O Community;
Kelsien, the Plague has incorrect text for it's activated ability.
The card should read : Kelsien deals 1 damage to target creature you don't control. When that creature dies this turn, you get an experience counter.
Here on tapped out, when you look up the card here: Kelsien, the Plague the card text on the panel to the right shows it as: : Kelsien deals 1 damage to target creature you control. When that creature dies this turn (is put into a graveyard from the battlefield), you get an experience counter.
I can't seem to bold the section that is different but the card works on creature's you don't control and the text panel says it works on creatures you control.
I tried using the fix card link to correct it but sadly cant remember my wizards ID number.

Illusory Wrappings has a CMC of 2 in the card database, visible by sorting by mana cost. It's CMC should be 3, as shown on the card.

Emeria, Shattered Skyclave does not have a flip link to see the backside. Not here in this thread with a cardlink or not when it's shown in a decklist like this one; Don't Kick The Drakes!

Linvala, Shield of Sea Gate description miss it's activated capacity:

yorickn: Aminatou's Augury. Mispellings can't be removed so if someone (sometimes me) adds one it stays in. Things with punctuation also can't be redirected with synonyms.

I just filed a fix report for Mnemonic Deluge (an issue with its cmc was pointed out to me), but I didn’t know its gatherer ID, so I put it at 0. Just trying to make sure that whichever staff member who sees it is aware of the reason for that.

Sorgol That’s not TappedOut’s fault. That’s just what the printing is. TappedOut has the correct photo, wizards just chose to use that as the art.

Goblin Chirurgeon seems to not have any way to access the different arts? There were multiple arts in Fallen Empires, but only one is accessible when inputting the deck?
