Faithless Looting or Wild Guess I prefer wild guess... but i was wandering what the community thinks is better
Reforge the Soul is my personal fav in standard, then Faithless Looting but nothing beats Wheel of Fortune

depends what your going for. Wild Guess is better in a general sense I guess, but Faithless Looting is obviously cheaper and better suited for getting things in your graveyard if thats your goal. Its really just an issue of preference. They are almost identical.

Totally disagree jmallette1. Faithless Looting is far, far better, for one reason. Order.
With Wild Guess , you discard, and then draw. Basically blind.
With Faithless Looting , you draw, and then you get to choose what you don't want and discard that.

Reforge the Soul all the way (the Standard Wheel of Fortune )!
Seriously though, I think it depends on the deck. If you are running a lot of cards with Flashback or other graveyard mechanics then Faithless Looting is the way to go because you can fill your graveyard with cards that are good there. An example is Varolz, the Scar-Striped and you toss in a Slumbering Dragon and another card into the graveyard to then Scavenge 3 +/+1 counters for 1cmc.
In any other deck I would Wild Guess as you can dump any flooded mana for a potentially useful card.

my thing with fatithless looting is yes you draw 2 then discard 2 not really an advantage there execpt maybe discard any land in your hand if your already flooded but if you draw cards you need but also have cards in hand you need then your stuck discarding good cards. i like wild gues cause yes you discard before you draw but you can discard a land or whatever else you dont need then draw 2 so it gives you a added edge i guess...

If you plan on having a nearly empty hand when using a spell to draw, I would say Dangerous Wager .
If you want card 'cycling' (great with Flashback cards), both of your options are good... but there's also Shattered Perception
And if you don't care if your opponent also cycles (i.e.: not doing it for card advantage), Reforge the Soul can be considered.
There are also a few repeatable cyclers... Mad Prophet and/or Rummaging Goblin .
If you're looking for card advantage, you may want to consider splashing into another color, as it's not really Red's thing. Desperate Ravings might be the best red one in Standard while having a Blue splash as an option (but not required). Or possibly go with artifacts like Jayemdae Tome (okay, that kinda sucks unless you can spare lots of mana), Staff of Nin (expensive, but great when it's out), or even Trading Post (if you can spare the artifacts, or can make use of other abilities).

Faithless Looting doesn't net card advantage, but it does net card quality advantage. Most fast red decks don't want to sit on any lands after seeing about 3 of them. FL helps keep on the gas.
As mentioned above, it's also very good ad fueling graveyard mechanics.

lol @ Reforge the Soul
"Let me tap out and give you 7 cards for you to kill me with."

It's best as a turn-5-6 top-deck. Then you have 2 or 3 more mana to cast what you draw into.
Still not as good in practice as it could have been, but powerful when used correctly nonetheless.

Thank you zandl, someone showing sense. Especially in standard where decks are fairly quick, even the slower ones, you're probably giving your opponent at least as many cards as you're giving yourself. Even with the miracle cost, it's barely worth it.

I know it's not standard but I really love Browbeat ! Take 5 or else...lol.
Faithless Looting and if you have blue then Desperate Ravings . Desperate Ravings is the only red card in standard that actually gives you card advantage however it requires blue to flashback.

I think having to say the card is "best as a turn 5-6 top-deck" really shows just how touchy the card is.

Splashing Blue in a Red Deck could actually be a big benefit for you.
You'd now have real access to things like Turn / Burn , Izzet Charm (card-cycling), and Nivix Guildmage .

Dangerous Wager is the best if you have 0-1 cards in your hand. If you're going with a mono-red or red-heavy deck, you'll most likely have an empty hand, anyway, and it being an instant is even better.
Wild Guess requires you to discard your hand as part of its casting cost. If you have no cards in-hand, you can't pay the additional cost.

I know it's not much of an advantage, but let's not leave Burning Inquiry out here.

Is the question for standard? 'Cause i like Wheel of Fortune .....
Those two cards are almost as "good", depending on the situation i would use one or the other...
