Olivia, Mobilized for War combined with Drake Haven is absurd. Being able to throw away a hand of cards to make a bunch of 3/3 Drakes with haste is just plain and simple amazing. The best possible turn sequence is a turn 1 Indulgent Aristocrat, Turn 2 Stromkirk Condemned , Turn 3 Olivia, Mobilized for War, Turn 4 Drake Haven, and then Turn 5 either play Archfiend of Ifnir or dump your hand first to Stromkirk Condemned to buff your vampires, then pay 1 mana to create a ton of Drakes and discard cards through Olivia, Mobilized for War to make them all enter with haste and counters. Plus the all are vampires, thus getting the buff from Stromkirk and can swing for huge damage in the air. Removal and card draw come in the form of the Cartouches and Trials as well as Open Into Wonder and Archfiend of Ifnir.
