My second theorycrafting deck :) based off my other IRL deck.

Basically the main deck is a Cipher mill deck, using Paranoid Delusions + the unblockable creatures + Chronic Flooding for mana control + Basilica Screecher for the extort abuse on ciphered spells.

The sideboard swapouts are just to replace Milling with straight Life damage, in case your opponent gets smart.

Feel free to drop suggestions/Improvements to add, I'm making these decks so I can have an idea of what cards to buy.
