With all the Izzet Spells (or Izzet Drakes, or Izzet Pheonix) running rampant in MTG Arena, I thought it might be a good time to revive my Surveil deck featuring anti-graveyard card Blood Operative. Though I lost a couple of matches to Monored Aggro decks, which are always metagame decks in Quick Constructed (but not in Competitive Constructed), adding some cheap removal can can boost my decks chances against the faster decks.
