A quick breakdown.

Norn's Annex - My budget Ensnaring Bridge it's not as good but it can whittle the opponent down pretty quick or if they are running white expend their resources more to where they have to choose whether to attack or play a card. I don't think this breaks the deck but more play-testing is needed.

Funeral Charm - Provides great utility to either snipe a manadork or Bob or instant speed discard. The swampwalk is there but won't be relevant 90% of the time.

Shrieking Affliction - They have to die somehow.

The Rack - See Shrieking Affliction

Smallpox - Land destruction for two mana is very nice. Plus discard and loss of life. What's not to like?

Wrench Mind - Two mana for 2 discards 75% of the time is amazing in modern.

Waste Not - A total house in multiplayer discard.

Delirium Skeins - Make everyone sad-face.

Howltooth Hollow - Save things for later, much like crumbs in a beard.

Necrogen Mists - Paint a target on your head and laugh.

Black Sun's Zenith - Make things dead or closer to dead.

Dismember - Also make things dead.

Tasigur's Cruelty - Also make everyone sad face and benefit from everything you've discarded.
