A budget artifact tribal deck. I love artifacts and I don't have much money, so I wanted make something fairly decent on the cheap. It turned out pretty good in the end. Darksteel Citadel + Ensoul Artifact is one hell of a combo, as is Cranial Plating + Etched Champion . Thopter Spy Network is just a value machine here, it's kind of slow though unfortunately. Chief Engineer let's us combo off in a way that's fairly similar to elves decks, vomiting out our hand of creatures on turn 3-4. Vault Skirge is another powerful target for both plating and ensoul. It's fairly vulnerable to removal though unfortunately. Thoughtcast just acts a pure value. Most of the time it might as well read : Draw two cards.
