Splinter twin banned. Prayers answered! —April 7, 2016
Now the deck is unstoppable. Let's see what happens.
Nice deck you got there. Would you be able to test Crumble to Dust? I feel like it is pretty decent against tron matchups.

Yah actually that fits into a model of this deck I have been theorizing for a while:
it uses turn two land destruction and then these:
Haunting Echoes: being the pseudo kill strike
it will have BS critters like Bloodghast and Gravecrawler so that I have a reacurring force while they are mana screwed. I'll trow it up now called: The discer
it could beat their face in with twerps or mill them out.

although, Tron is a victory being handed to me. Really i don't fear those whatsoever. That kind of anti land for tron is kinda redundant. But I will test it for fun. I havn't yet testing anything like that lol

have 1 cost discard like Inquisition of Kozilek and Thoughtseize in side board. this way against twin they have to counter a lando or targeted discard of their key pieces.
do a we bit of remodel for a cheap win combo rather than struggling for victory:
Kiki-Jiki, Mirror Breaker and Deceiver Exarch, or Pestermite.

I like Crumble to Dust because it's less color intensive them Sowing Salt, (although I need to see if there's some disadvantage or advantage to casting devoid of color over red but whatever.)
The card wrecks twin because twin relys on fetches fetching their Steam Vents and that's pretty much it. If I take out either, that hurts their draws. Of course I have to cast, but it would be a good addition to my sideboard because like you said Sylo, it's good against tron. So it serves at least two purposes.
along with Slaughter Games and the rest in my sideboard up there, it hybrid kills tron and other decks.
it works pretty cool!

Glad I could help. It's basically a more splashable Sowing Salt. Unless someone has a way to counter colorless cards, I don't think there is a difference between the two.

The real difference is people cant now use Flashfreeze to counter your crumble due to the fact crumble has devoid (the card is colorless despite having a red mana requirement to cast). If agaisnt a blue deck that may be relevant. Again it was also stated that it is easy to cast due to being a single red and not double red.

Ok so here... a sideboard in a laughable state :D!!
but a sideboard none the less. I'm going for anti-counter/twin/scapeshift decks with a little anti affinity and creature rush decks.
