This is a prototype of the Blue/White Tap Down i am making the Mana Leaks and the Cancels are most likely to be taken out of deck and put into sideboard or maybeboard so give me feedback and will up date the deck i will play a few tourneys with it but i have two other good decks going right now that i may or may not put up so this is my spare deck
