The way I play this deck is by milling as often as possible, using Hedron Crab and Manic Scribe to mill as well as block and negate damage, and to combine Fraying Sanity with Traumatize to make for a killer combo. I've added in a few draw card options as well such as Visions of Beyond . By turn 3 or 4 ideally you will have more than 20 cards in your opponent's graveyard and you can finish them off pretty quickly if you draw the correct cards.
