Straightforward, competitive, relatively cheap Mill deck--exhaust your opponent's library before they exhaust you.

Mill Strategy: Landfall Mill with Hedron Crab + Iceberg Cancrix + Ruin Crab . Additional Mill outlets with Jace, the Perfected Mind, Fractured Sanity, Fraying Sanity, and Maddening Cacophony. While not a normal Mill, Tasha's Hideous Laughter *list* will still give us a big leg up in dwindling our opponent's deck. Win condition if you have at least one Fraying Sanity on the field and can play a kicked Maddening Cacophony--kicking it will Mill half their deck rounded up and Fraying Sanity will Mill the other half at the end of the turn. Jace can do the same with Fraying Sanity if you use his third ability--sacrificing him and all 5 of his Loyalty points to Mill 15 cards and another 15 from Fraying Sanity. If you have multiple Fraying Sanity cards in play, this adds up quick.

Card Draw for Landfall Triggers: Multiple sources to keep lands being played every turn--Deduce + Jace, the Perfected Mind + Visions of Beyond

Opponent Control: Counter spells or destroy pesky creatures with Drown in the Loch. Fatal Push will also help with creature control. Surgical Extraction will remove playsets of problematic cards and all the Milling will bring these to light quickly.
