This is my take on a self-milling deck. It is mono-blue, partial control, but with a smattering of useful non-basic lands and artifacts that will allow you to pull your goodies from the graveyard without having to rely on black. I really wanted to create a deck that was only blue and that was competitive. Most of the test plays that I've performed thus far has a win at turn 7 at the latest. It is fast, with not a lot of aggression or defense, because you are speeding through your deck to get what you need as effectively as possible.

I'll expand on the description later. I just wanted to get it out there and get some thoughts about it. Any feedback is welcome!
