This is a deck tech I saw once somewhere, but lost ages ago. I was building this for a friend. Ideally, this can be Modern legal, but it's more of a strong casual deck.

The key card is Springjack Shepherd. Once played, goat tokens swarm the field. The blink creatures reuse him, and should the game go long, Emeria can too. Win cons are Mirror Entity and Eldrazi Monument. Honor of the Pure is the early play to make the goats a threat. The Soul Sisters let the game go long enough to actually play.

That's the idea, at least. If anyone has recommendations, I'd love to hear, especially since I don't know new cards (basically post war of the spark). Just know I don't want the theme to change.
