Scourge of the Nobilis has a red/white colour identity and can't be played in a Prossh deck.

Why do you run a Rakdos Drake in your deck? It seems really out of place because it is not even a dragon. Awaken the Sky Tyrant is also not very good in general because you can cast more broken things than a 5/5 flyer for 4. As you already have Food Chain in your deck you could probably replace those cards with a Goblin Sharpshooter and Falkenrath Noble to have more ways to go infinite.

TheDracogenius great idea. Being OCD I wanted to use cards I had that were "dragon" themed or as close as I could make it. Goblin Sharpshooter would do great on this deck. I believe there are 2 versions similar to Falkenrath Noble that being Blood Artist and Zulaport Cutthroat already in this deck.

Utvara works well with the dragon creature token. It (the creature token) also works well with Scourge of Valkas.

Looks like a pretty fun deck, I have always liked the idea of tribal dragons.

I noticed you run quite a bit of creature recure and think you might be able to improve on that by replacing them with cards like Reanimate or Animate Dead it brings them straight to the battlefield for way less mana.

If you use Night Soil mostly for graveyard hate I would recommend substituting it for either Deathrite Shaman or Scavenging Ooze however if you want to run more token gen either Awakening Zone or Dragonlair Spider could do well

Doubling Season is straight better than Primal Vigor

I would highly recommend putting Xenagos, God of Revels in here, it gives haste and makes your big hitters even more ridicules.
